What Keldura can import and monitor.

Use this canonical directory to distinguish one-off capture, Library imports, and recurring Briefings monitoring. Availability is rendered into this page from Keldura's current runtime configuration, so crawlers and the Keldura helper Bot read the same general-audience status.

Three different ways to use a source

Add once

Capture one video, page, file, message, or note. It becomes content, not a recurring source.

Import many

Preview and select a collection, feed, site, profile, stream, or batch for a Library folder.

Briefings monitoring

Follow a recurring source and use its new material in source-backed Briefings. Monitoring does not always imply Library import.

Source capability matrix

Availability checked 2026-08-18 04:07 UTC — general audience

How to read availability: “Available now” means exposed to the default general production audience. “Limited rollout” means access can vary by account. “Not currently available to general accounts” means the capability is implemented but effectively off for general accounts. “Separate workflow” means acquisition exists outside the recurring-import feature flags. When a source has more than one mode, the badge follows the primary path named in its Availability detail; an additional mode can have its own gate. Status is not an uptime promise, plan entitlement, source-access guarantee, or confirmation that every third-party URL can be fetched.

Compare accepted source shape, acquisition mode, current general-account availability, and the most important boundary.

Source details

These boundaries are deliberately explicit so you—and the Keldura helper Bot—can choose the correct workflow without assuming that one accepted URL implies profile import or monitoring.

Accepted source
A public or accessible video, channel, or playlist URL.

Modes
Add one page; import a multi-page site; monitor a site root for Briefings.
Availability
Website import and monitoring follow the live Import feature gate.
Limits
Login walls, robots restrictions, unsupported scripts, paywalls, and site-level blocking can limit capture.

Instagram

Available now
Accepted source
A recognized public post, Reel, or IGTV URL with video/transcript content.
What Keldura does
Fetches the individual video's transcript and can add that one post to a Library.

The badge follows one-off capture through the social-video master and Instagram switch. The Import-page route separately follows the global Import gate.
Limits
Whole profiles and account monitoring are not supported. Private, deleted, blocked, or transcript-free posts can fail.
How to start
Use Add content for one video, or open Import for one post. Official service: Instagram.

What Keldura does
Fetches a transcript for one video and adds it as one-off content.
Modes
Add once only; no bulk account import and no Briefings monitoring.
Availability
Follows the social-video master and TikTok host switch.
Limits
Profiles, collections, private/deleted videos, and videos without retrievable transcript content are outside this path.

Choose Local files in Import or use Add content after signing in.

Google Drive

Separate workflow
Accepted source
Files explicitly selected through the Google Drive picker.
What Keldura does
Copies selected files into the same extraction and Library-targeting workflow as local uploads.
Modes

What Keldura does
Imports supported messages/files continuously through the Telegram Import Bot and materializes them into the selected folder.
Modes
Add a message/file or continuously import new bound-group messages; not Briefings monitoring.
Availability
A separate ingestion workflow rather than the recurring Import/Briefings flags.
Limits
Unsupported types are skipped; maximum 20 MB per file and a plan limit may be lower. This is not a historic group-chat export.
How to start
Follow the Telegram import instructions in the app. Official service: Telegram.

Modes
Import a feed and monitor it for Briefings; no special one-off feed item path.
Availability
Requires both the global Import gate and RSS exposure.
Limits

Modes
Import a podcast feed and monitor new episodes.

Requires the global Import gate, RSS exposure, and podcast exposure.
Limits
Episode duration and daily transcription budgets apply; missing duration is handled conservatively.

What Keldura does
Normalizes the category onto the RSS engine and follows new feed entries.
Modes
Import and monitor an RSS-backed category feed.

How imports run

  • Background queue: imports continue while you work elsewhere.
  • Destination picker: Library-feeding imports let you choose the target folder.
  • Already-imported detection: previews identify new items so duplicates are not processed again unnecessarily.
  • Needs attention: failed items are collected for review and bulk retry.
